[食譜] 明太子蕃茄冷意粉
喜歡吃明太子,尤其帶點辣的,配忌廉湯烏冬或意粉都很美味。看鬼嫁的食譜《好吃鬼煮意》,原來做冷意粉也很好吃,而且極簡單呢!
材料:意粉2人份、明太子1包、車厘茄12粒切半、parsley flakes
調味料:蒜蓉3湯匙、橄欖油3湯匙、日本醬油2湯匙、wasabi 1.5湯匙、鹽1茶匙、少許黑胡椒
做法:
1. 意粉灼熟後浸凍水,混合所有調味料,加入車厘茄
2. 明太子去衣刮出,加入意粉上,加少許parsley flake即可
