[食譜] 大蝦柚子沙律
泰式沙律當中,我最愛柚子沙律,甜而不太酸,微微的辣,吃多少都覺得不夠。不過不一定要去泰國餐廳吃,自己在家做也很容易。
材料:8隻大蝦、碌柚肉1pack、炸蒜1湯匙、乾蔥1粒、花生2湯匙壓碎、金不換1-2株撕碎、乾辣椒1隻切碎、青檸1個榨汁、魚露3茶匙、糖1湯匙、椰汁4湯匙
